A Big Win!
After a years hiatus, the Mistress returned to
the All Ford Nationals held in Carlisle, PA.
(click here for details) The event is HUGE! I attended Carlisle in 2005
and it was one of my first car shows. In the two years I had forgotten just
how big of a show it was!
The class the Mistress ended up in was "1979 to current, 4/6 cylinders,
stock or modified". Even though the class was a pretty wide range is
was completely dominated by 2005+ V6s. There were some very nice cars
and a couple of them definitely could have easily won. In the end
however the Mistress took home the First Place plaque! This was her
first "National" event win! And hopefully not her last!
I would like to thank Scott Hoag from
MRT for all his
help. Scott has gone above and beyond to help me bring my dream to life! And
course there is all the great folks that work at
MRT that have to put
up with me! And I would also like to thank all the folks that have
supported me, the people on the forums, people who read this website and
anyone else who has encouraged me! And a very special THANK YOU to my Wife!
Without her support The Mistress would not be what she is today!
Carlisle was a big win for me, and I know I couldn't have done it without
everyone's support! |
